You can get it here

http://mirror.d2.tx.trunetworks.com/hlds_proc/

But a word of caution. The auther has all but disappeared, and the 4.x versions are time bombed. Without the author to supply an update, it's dead in the water. I hear version 3 still works, though.

What version do you use?

Yeah Beta 3 was suppose to stop working in Aug 2004, and beta 4 was in Oct. 2004, well mine quit on their, and I had some an un happy day, well thanks but what is the diff, because I don't notice much, but Shiver Software = Dead ...so much for them, know any Better programs that do this?

And can you make me a tutorial on how to get the "HLds Proc Web Exstention or w/e like you have?"

And would I need apache, and what not installed? Give me a list of shit I need because im a noob.

I reinstalled version 3 and it works fine, doesn't seem to be timebombed. The problem it had was no config editing (which didn't work completely in 4.5 anyway) and sometimes you get .NET errors on the console views.

As for webservers, I run IIS. This is a .NET app, so you it may be tricky to get it working with Apache. I've never tried with Apache, so couldn't even begin to say how to set it up there.

It's not a seperate download. IIS is under the Add/Remove Programs then Windows Components of any Windows server OS.

Same thing, Add/Remove Programs control panel then go to windows components. Check IIS and go through the wizard.
